Is the Food Lovers Fat Loss System a Scam? Thats the first question that popped in to my mind when I saw the infomercial came on tonight. Is it really possible to lose weight using the food you love, Or is the food lovers Fat loss system a scam? . Im sitting here at 11:17 at night watching this infomercial. I usually skip past it, but tonight for some reason it caught my attention. According to the program, you eat the right foods in the right combinations. They say you just do one new thing each day for 21 days. You learn the difference between good and bad carbs, and shift into fat burning mode all day long. It sounds too good to be true. The Food Lovers Fat Loss System says you can make a fat loss plate with any food including bread, cheese and even pasta.
I really cant wait to try this Food Lovers program . I don’t think it is a scam because I have see other diets based on the glycemic index work. We tried Nutrisystem a few years ago and my husband lost 17 pounds in one month. I hate Nutrisystem becasue the food was disgusting. There was no way I could have stayed on that diet for too long. I dreaded mealtime.
However with the Food Lovers since you aren’t depriving yourself of any foods, you can stick with it for a lifetime. Its just a shift in the way you eat, not what you eat.
I think I’m gonna do the Food Lovers. It only cost $19.99 per month and they say you lose weight or don’t pay. The infomercial says you can try it in your home for 2 months eating your favorite food. If after 2 months you haven’t lost 3 full dress or pants sizes they say you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price. If this were a scam, they probably couldn’t make that claim.
So, Is the Food Lovers Fat Loss System a Scam? Well for me the jury is still out. I did see the author of the program, Robert Furgueson on the Monique show and I dont know if she is doing this but she has lost a ton of weight so I’m gonna give it a go! Ill post my progress as I go.
